Before the crew arrives

Confirm access to the equipment, the installation scope and the expected interruption to heating or cooling. Move personal items away from the work area and keep the agreed access route clear.

During the installation

The crew removes equipment included in the replacement scope and installs the new system. Refrigerant connections, wiring and drainage are part of the work. Any planned duct changes happen with the equipment installation.

Before the job is handed over

The system needs to be checked in operation and its controls configured. Ask where the filter is, how to use the thermostat and what maintenance the equipment requires.

Confirm the schedule for your project

Equipment availability, access and the scope of work affect the schedule. Schedule an estimate to discuss the actual installation.
